This week’s #iPledge theme is all about… Accommodation!

Whether it’s visiting for a Sunday lunch, cocktails with the girls, a coffee and catch up, celebrating a special occasion, or enjoying waking up somewhere new, it’s not the same without our lovely hotels and B&B's. Many have been making the most of their enforced time out – carrying out refurbishments. Miles Shuttleworth, General Manager at The Falstaff gives us a sneak peek at their freshly decorated   rooms HERE. Join the #iPledge campaign HERE

Canterbury BID Board Member Elections

Canterbury BID Board Member Elections are being held from 15 March to 1 April. This is YOUR chance to vote for who you want to sit on the BID board to represent you and to help shape the BID strategy for the city centre. At the beginning of every BID term, we invite any levy-paying business or organisation in the BID area to nominate themselves to serve on the Board until the end of the BID term (September 2024). Due to COVID-19 there has been a delay in the process as we have wanted to ensure we get the maximum turnout and give you the opportunity to have your say.  We are delighted that we have twenty-one candidates for the fourteen positions available. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the election is being run online by an independent company called Choice Voting. Find out more HERE.
