“Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Canterbury’s Medieval Pageant and Trail returns to the city on Saturday 6 July 2024 for plenty of medieval mayhem.” Fanfares at the ready as we welcome a colourful parade featuring King Henry II, Queen Eleanor, the royal consort, historical characters, knights on horseback, warriors, pilgrims, musicians and giants! For the first time this year, it will finish in Canterbury Cathedral Precincts. Then it’s time to join the pilgrimage – grab your trail leaflet and head off on a special journey around medieval Canterbury on our fun Family Trail.
