The Shakespeare Festival now in it's 10th year will be producing six plays this summer season, in multiple, stunning locations, all over Canterbury.
This hilarious adaptation sees Shakespeare’s fantastical characters brought vividly to life as audiences are transported to an enchanting world bursting with magic, romance, and of course, heaps of laugh-out-loud comedy brought to you by the multi award-nominated Immersion Theatre. Great Stour RiverFest returns for its second year Tickets can now be snapped up for a range of fantastic free events taking place as part of this year’s Great Stour Riverfest. The festival runs from Sat 14 to Sun 22 September and celebrates all things environmental, historical and cultural about the city’s river. This event is for Canterbury BID members only. You don't have to be a sports lover to enjoy a visit to Canterbury's newest sports bar & restaurant Wing Kingz (although it helps!). Come along and be treated to complimentary lunchtime drinks, sample their menu and of course have plenty of time to catch up with everyone. You can even settle in and watch a live sporting match if you fancy it?
