This session has been designed to help you to get a tight grip on the subject of Business Rates in Canterbury and will highlight the government’s current support packages for businesses. The session will be delivered by Sadie Furner of Civica, the company that operates a shared management of business services with Canterbury City Council and oversees the collection and administration of all Canterbury City Council’s Business Rates. A Visit Kent Workshop, presented by Visit Kent and Dr Xavier Font Visit Kent will be joined by Dr Xavier Font, Professor of Sustainability Marketing at the University of Surrey to discuss the six steps that small businesses and destination managers can undertake to design and market sustainable experiences. Visit Kent team will also present their plans to support the reduction of seasonality (encouraging year round visits instead) through sustainable experiences.   Book your place
