Canterbury BID is extremely proud to announce it is delivering FREE Zero Tolerance training, and that all licensed premises in Canterbury City Centre can apply. Zero Tolerance is a completely FREE accreditation scheme designed for licensed venues in Canterbury City Centre to show they are trained to recognise and tackle sexual harassment and discrimination aimed at both customers and staff. The programme has also been recently revised to include broader elements of equality, diversity and inclusion and to respond to potential spiking incidents. Zero Tolerance training has been funded through the Home Office Safer Street Fund for tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and will be delivered by Canterbury BID.

Join the Lord Mayor of Canterbury and the Vice Chancellor and President of the University of Kent for a wonderful evening of fundraising for Canterbury for Ukraine. The evening will begin with welcome drinks at 6.30pm in Darwin Foyer and the ticket will include a three-course meal, your first glass of wine is provided on the table, live music and an auction will be held in aid of Canterbury for Ukraine’s (C4U) extraordinary and vital work.
