Annual Heritage Lecture: Archaeology at the Cathedral and in the Precincts

The Canterbury Society is presenting a lecture which gives an insight into the results of ongoing archaeological projects at Canterbury Cathedral. These include works undertaken to install a new Organ Loft in the North Quire Aisle, a project to enable access in the Cloisters, the construction of new buildings within the Kings School and the wide-ranging works to both the fabric of the Cathedral, and the surrounding landscape in the Precincts. Nathalie Cohen works for the National Trust, as the regional Archaeologist for properties in London, Kent and East Sussex (and also currently in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West Oxfordshire!), and she has been the Cathedral Archaeologist for Canterbury Cathedral since 2016.
